Processing, Shipping, & Refunds
All orders are processed the same business day (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The garment must be body odor and fragrance free.
To start a return, you can contact us at in email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions how to return the item. Please note return shipping will be required, check with local carriers for best option.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long the approved item is unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We cannot accept returns on worn items, items with an odor, pet residue, opened or used in any capacity. These are personal garments.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, we will start the exchange process. As long the approved item is unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.
